Система органов управления Камчатским округом во второй половине 1920-х гг.

В статье показана система административных органов Камчатского округа, сложившаяся после административно-территориальной реорганизации 1926 г. Рассмотрены полномочия Камчатского окружного революционного комитета, районных революционных комитетов и сельских советов.
Особый акцент сделан на структуре и персональном составе окружного революционного комитета, формах работы райревкомов и специфике формирования сельсоветов.
Исследование опирается на документы архивных фондов «Камчатский окружной революционный комитет» и «Камчатское губбюро РКП (б)», находящихся на хранении в Государственном архиве Камчатского края.

VThe system of gove rning bodies of the Kamc hatka Okrug
in the second half of the 1920s
The article shows the system of administrative bodies of the Kamchatka Okrug, which was formed after the administrative-territorial reorganization of 1926. The powers of the Kamchatka District Revolutionary Committee, district revolutionary committees and village councils are examined. Particular emphasis is placed on the structure and personnel of the district revolutionary committee, the forms of work of the district revolutionary committees and the specifics of the formation of village councils. The study is based on documents from the archival collections of the «Kamchatka Okrug Revolutionary Committee» and the «Kamchatka Provincial Bureau of the RCP (b)», which are stored in the State Archives of Kamchatka Krai.
