В статье рассматриваются вопросы деятельности Соболевского волостного съезда в 1924 г. В работе используются документы архивного фонда № Р-25 «Волостные революционные комитеты Камчатской губернии», а именно материалы протокола пленарного заседания волостного съезда Соболевской волости, представляющие интерес для изучения организации представительной власти.
