The article selected and analyzed publications in Kamchatka newspapers dedicated to the Petropavlovsk confectionery factory. The main milestones in the history of the factory, the process of reconstruction of workshops are examined, the range of products is shown, and the relationship between the team of workers and the management of the enterprise is revealed.
